Khara Croswaite Brindle, MA, LPC, ACS, is the owner of Catalyst Counseling, PLLC and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Lowry Neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. She received her Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver with a focus on community based mental health. Khara has experience working with at-risk teens and adults and currently enjoys working with young adults (18-25) and adults (25+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflict, self-esteem challenges, academic stress, and life transitions.
Brian Hitchcock, MS, LPC is a contracted, Licensed Professional Counselor and has been providing mental health services since 2013. He has an interest in working with trauma and PTSD in the military and veteran populations and also works with a variety of adults on mental health issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Theories and techniques Brian uses to support progress in therapy include cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, narrative, person-centered and existential therapy. Brian believes that counseling is a professional relationship where a person can find healing, growth and understanding. Life can sometimes take us off course but through this relationship, we can develop awareness and set goals for change in our lives.
David Armstrong MS, LPC, is a contracted, Licensed Professional Counselor working and residing in the Highlands neighborhood in Denver. He received his Master’s degree in mental health counseling from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and has been working with clients in mental health since 2009. David is experienced working with disabilities, high-risk youth and families, as well as adult clients, offering behavioral interventions, cognitive behavior approaches, solution focused approaches, and serving clients with Medicaid. He offers a variety of approaches to help treat anxiety, depression, thought disturbances, and relational conflict. David strives to meet clients where they are and support clients in achieving a greater life harmony.
Megan Franklin, MA, LPC is a contracted, Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Littleton and Centennial. She received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Johannesburg University in South Africa. Megan has a passion for helping children, adolescents and adults with substance abuse and behavioral issues, as well as mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and difficulty navigating general life struggles. Megan is compassionate and understanding in her practice of therapy and utilizes therapy tools, coaching, life skills, mindfulness, creative arts and movement to help clients move to a place of better integration and wellness.
Ana Lara-Roca, MA, LPC, ACS is a contracted, bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Multicultural Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado in Denver. She has an office in west Denver and enjoys working with teenagers, young adults, women and families. Ana is Spanish-speaking and has extensive experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. She specializes in life transitions, spirituality, grief, trauma, self-esteem issues, immigration/acculturation, and parenting challenges. Her approach is warm and supportive, providing a therapeutic relationship that is based on mutual trust, curiosity, and acceptance.

She received her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Denver and has 12+ years of experience working with diverse youth and adults in various settings, with 7 of her 12 years serving clients in community mental health. Christy is Spanish-speaking and enjoys working with youth and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflict, as well as spirituality and life transitions. Christy works hard to put people at ease while developing a trusting, collaborative relationship with her clients. She is trained in various trauma therapies to best support positive change and sees her role as an approachable and non-judgemental partner in therapy, with both education and life experience to assist clients in their brave work to achieve meaningful change in their lives.
