Populations we serve include adolescents (13-18 years old), young adults (18-25 years old) and adults (25-55). We value working with diverse clients that bring several challenges to therapy in order to provide a holistic support system to catalyze positive change in several areas of their life! We can support clients with anxiety, depression, defiance, bi-polar disorder, trauma, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship conflict.
Clients seeking therapy will participate in client-centered Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to gain new insight and skills for personal growth. Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is another evidence-based therapy we offer that is utilized for support of clients with current or past traumatic experiences. Our team members are either currently trained or in the process of completing their training in EMDR therapy.
For more information on EMDR, visit the resources page at http://emdria.site-ym.com.
